1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FormCopy Pro ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormCopy Pro is a Google Sheets add-on that automatically copies formulas from row 2 into every new form response row. It supports calculated scores, VLOOKUP enrichment, running totals, and any formula users need in their response sheets.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring formulas in row 2 are correct before enabling the add-on.
You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for backing up your spreadsheet data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of FormCopy Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Add-on.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormCopy Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Add-on.

8. Formula Accuracy

FormCopy Pro copies and adjusts formulas automatically based on row references. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all formula adjustments will produce correct results in every scenario. Users should verify formula outputs after initial setup.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
