1. What FormFlow does

FormFlow is a Google Forms add-on that turns form submissions into approval workflows. It sends approval emails, stores workflow state in a linked Google Sheets response file, and provides a review surface for approvers.

2. Data we access

FormFlow accesses only the data required to run the workflow you configure:

Google Forms data for the form where the add-on is installed, including form structure and submitted responses.
Google Sheets data in the linked response spreadsheet where status, comments, and audit information are written.
Email addresses used to send approval requests, reminders, and result notifications.

3. Data storage

Configuration and workflow settings are stored with Google's built-in Apps Script services and in the linked spreadsheet that you control. FormFlow does not run an external database or third-party analytics service.

4. Email and web app usage

FormFlow sends emails only for approval routing and workflow notifications. Approval actions are handled through unique links that point to the workflow web app and are validated before an action is recorded.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or disclose workflow data or personal data to third parties. Workflow records remain in the Google properties and spreadsheets tied to your account and configuration.

6. Data retention

Workflow settings remain available while the add-on is active on your form. Approval history stays in the linked spreadsheet under your control until you remove it.

7. Security

FormFlow relies on Google's infrastructure for storage and authentication. The add-on does not ask you to create a separate password or move your data to a non-Google storage system.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. Material updates will be reflected with a new last-updated date on this policy.
