FormFlow - Approval Workflow for Google Forms | Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FormFlow ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormFlow is a Google Forms editor add-on that converts form submissions into approval workflows. It sends approval emails, provides a web approval interface, and stores workflow state in Google Sheets.

FormFlow does not currently offer public monthly plans. Pricing and feature packaging may be updated if billing is enabled after review.

4. User Obligations

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Add-on.
• You are responsible for your use of FormFlow and any approval workflows you configure.
• You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring approver email addresses are correct and that recipients are permitted to receive workflow emails.

5. Email Sending

FormFlow sends emails on behalf of the installing user's Google account. You are responsible for compliance with applicable email regulations and your organization's policies. FormFlow is not responsible for delivery failures caused by Google's limits or spam filters.

6. Refunds

If paid plans are enabled later, we expect to offer a 14-day refund window for annual subscriptions. Questions can be sent to lidaban2025@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FormFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Add-on will be interrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Approval emails will be delivered instantly due to the nature of Google Apps Script execution.
• The Add-on will meet your specific regulatory or compliance requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Add-on. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Add-on in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Google's Role

FormFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Add-on or via email.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it.
