By installing or using FormNotifier ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormNotifier is a Google Forms add-on that sends email notifications when forms receive new responses. The Add-on allows users to configure recipients, customize email templates, and send respondent confirmations.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the email addresses you configure as notification recipients.
You agree not to use the Add-on for sending unsolicited or spam emails.
You are responsible for the content of your custom email templates.

5. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of FormNotifier and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Add-on.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormNotifier and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Add-on.

8. Email Delivery

Notification emails are sent through Google's MailApp service. We do not guarantee email delivery, as it is subject to Google's sending limits, spam filters, and recipient server policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
