1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FormMerge Pro ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormMerge Pro is a Google Sheets add-on that sends personalized emails when Google Forms responses are submitted. It uses merge tags from column headers to customize email subject and body, supports CC/BCC, HTML formatting, status tracking, and batch sending.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to email the addresses in your spreadsheet.
You agree not to use the Add-on for sending unsolicited or spam emails.
You are responsible for the content of your email templates and merge tag data.
You must comply with all applicable email regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of FormMerge Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Add-on.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormMerge Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Add-on.

8. Email Delivery

Emails are sent through Google's MailApp service. We do not guarantee email delivery, as it is subject to Google's sending limits, spam filters, and recipient server policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
