Does the free plan expire?
No. Free is free forever, with the caps listed above. No credit card is ever requested for the free plan.
How does district procurement work?
We provide a quote, W-9, and can work through your PO process. For California districts, our CA-NDPA (v1.5) is fully executed with San Bernardino City USD on the CITE Privacy Services platform — districts can piggyback the same terms, which shortens legal review.
Do you collect student data?
No. FormGuard stores its configuration inside your own Google Form and Google account. We never receive form responses or student data. See our support & privacy notes.
What happens if my license expires?
Your limits keep working — forms already configured stay configured. You simply cannot create new Pro-only setups until you renew.
Why charge at all?
It funds development and support so FormGuard stays maintained for schools. The features teachers rely on daily — limits, close messages, close alerts — stay free.
