FNFormNotifier
Google Forms email add-on

Acknowledge the enquiry. Notify your team.

Send a receipt acknowledgement to the person who submits your Google Form and a separate alert to the form operator or configured team inbox. Start with one copied form and verify both messages before inviting real respondents.

A focused workflow, not another bulky form builder.

Each FormSuite add-on does one operational job around Google Forms, Sheets, Docs, or Gmail — then gets out of the way.

Verify the email before enabling the rule.

Verify your first enquiry or registration email.

Use one copied form and email addresses you control. Submit a test enquiry or registration, then confirm that both the respondent acknowledgement and the owner or team alert actually arrive with the correct merge-field values. A saved setting or a successful email-provider call does not prove inbox delivery.

If either message is missing, check spam and account sending limits, then follow the delivery support guidance. After testing, disable notifications and unpublish the copied form. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of the enquiry, not payment, approval or a reserved place.

Run the copied-form email test before enabling notifications on your live form.

Watch the workflow once, then run a small test in your own Google file.
