Why FormSuite Choice Sync asks for Google permissions

FormSuite Choice Sync runs inside the Google Form you open. It needs permission to update supported form-choice questions and to read the spreadsheet file you explicitly select as the source for those choices.

Permission mapping

forms.currentonly	Lets FormSuite Choice Sync read and update supported choice questions in the current Google Form.
drive.file	Lets FormSuite Choice Sync access the spreadsheet file you explicitly select through the add-on flow.
script.scriptapp	Lets it manage update triggers for configured mappings.
script.container.ui	Lets it display the sidebar and picker dialogs inside Google Forms.
userinfo.email and userinfo.profile	Lets it identify the signed-in user for add-on operation, licensing, and support context.

What FormSuite Choice Sync does not do

It does not ask for access to every spreadsheet in Drive.
It does not sell spreadsheet, form, or account data.
It does not change form choices until you configure and run the mapping workflow.
It does not copy entire spreadsheet datasets into an external customer database.

Uninstall and support

You can remove FormSuite Choice Sync from Google Workspace Marketplace's Manage Apps page. If timed updates are active, open the form and disable the workflow before uninstalling when possible.
