FormFlow
The response is collected. The decision is not.
Google Forms stores the submission. Someone still has to notice it, email a reviewer, and type Approved or Rejected back onto the row. FormFlow sends that review email and writes the decision to the linked Sheet.
Choice Sync
The list lives in Sheets. The form still shows last month.
Pasting choices by hand drifts. Choice Sync reads the column you select, shows the exact choice diff, and updates the form only after that check. It does not reserve seats or filter choices while someone is filling out the form.
