1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FormGuard ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormGuard is a Google Forms editor add-on that provides response limiting, choice elimination, email notifications, and scheduled form management features inside Google Workspace.

FormGuard does not currently offer a public lifetime plan. Pricing and packaging may be updated if billing is enabled after review.

4. User Obligations

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Add-on.
• You are responsible for your use of FormGuard and any forms you manage with it.
• You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service.

5. License Keys

If paid plans are enabled later, licenses will be issued per Google account. License keys are non-transferable. Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited and may result in license revocation.

6. Refunds

If paid plans are enabled later, we expect to offer a 14-day refund window for annual subscriptions. Questions can be sent to lidaban2025@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FormGuard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• The Add-on will meet your specific requirements.
• Form closures, response limits, or notifications will execute with perfect timing due to the nature of Google Apps Script trigger execution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormGuard and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Add-on.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Add-on shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Add-on in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Google's Role

FormGuard is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Forms and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Add-on or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Form.
