1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FormGuard ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormGuard is a Google Forms editor add-on that provides response limiting, choice elimination, email notifications, close messages, and manual close/reopen helpers inside Google Workspace.

3. Launch Status

Stage	What is available	Notes
Current status	FormGuard is published on the Google Workspace Marketplace and available for install.	Install first, then test one small workflow.
Launch mode	Response limits, choice quotas, closed-form messages, owner notifications, and manual close/reopen actions are evaluated through first-run use.	No public checkout or plan table is required before install.

Commercial packaging is intentionally not part of the public install path during launch mode.

4. User Obligations

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Add-on.
• You are responsible for your use of FormGuard and any forms you manage with it.
• You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service.

5. Access

During launch mode, install FormGuard from Google Workspace Marketplace and test it on a small workflow before contacting support.

6. Support Questions

For setup questions after install, contact FormSuite support with the add-on name, workflow, and first-run result.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FormGuard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• The Add-on will meet your specific requirements.
• Form closures, response limits, or notifications will execute with perfect timing due to the nature of Google Apps Script trigger execution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormGuard and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Add-on.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Add-on shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Google's Role

FormGuard is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Forms and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Add-on or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Form.
