1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FormGuard ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormGuard is a Google Forms™ editor add-on that provides response limiting, choice elimination, email notifications, close messages, and manual close/reopen helpers inside Google Workspace™.

3. Availability and Plans

Updated Free plan	Up to three configured forms, one quota question per form, response limits, closed messages, optional notifications and manual close/reopen.	No payment is required to install or use the Free plan. Existing early-supporter access is preserved.
Personal Pro	$29 paid once for 12 months of access, without automatic renewal. Adds more configured forms, multiple quota questions and scheduled close/reopen, subject to Google platform quotas.	The updated paid build is in staged testing and Google review preparation. Confirm paid-build access before buying. School and district arrangements are quoted separately.

Installing the public add-on does not establish that a paid candidate has passed Google review. See the rollout and activation guide and pricing page for the current offer.

4. User Obligations

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Add-on.
• You are responsible for your use of FormGuard and any forms you manage with it.
• You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service.

5. Access

Install FormGuard from Google Workspace™ Marketplace and test it on a copied form. Personal Pro licenses are bound to the buyer's Google account email and require an online activation check. At expiry, the updated paid build returns to Free limits; saved paid tasks check entitlement before executing. Full refunds revoke the associated order's paid access, while partial refunds are reviewed separately. Contact support with your order reference for purchase or refund questions. Creem processes payment information; the privacy policy describes license data handling.

6. Support Questions

For setup questions after install, contact FormGuard support with the add-on name, workflow, and first-run result.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FormGuard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• The Add-on will meet your specific requirements.
• Form closures, response limits, or notifications will execute with perfect timing due to the nature of Google Apps Script™ trigger execution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormGuard and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Add-on.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Add-on shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Google's Role

FormGuard is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Forms™ and Google Workspace™ are trademarks of Google LLC.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Add-on or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Form.
