1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using FormRanger Pro ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

FormRanger Pro is a Google Forms add-on that populates form question choices from Google Sheets data. It supports Multiple Choice, Dropdown, Checkbox, and Grid question types with automatic and scheduled updates.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the source spreadsheet data is accurate and appropriate for your form.
You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the source spreadsheet used by the Add-on.

5. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of FormRanger Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Add-on.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormRanger Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Add-on.

8. Data Synchronization

Form choices are updated based on the data in your linked spreadsheet at the time of synchronization. We do not guarantee real-time synchronization. Timed updates are subject to Google Apps Script trigger limitations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
