Install checklist

  1. Open the matching Google Workspace Marketplace listing.
  2. Click Install and approve the permissions needed for the Google Forms workflow.
  3. Open the target Google Form and use the Add-ons button in the Forms editor.
  4. Launch the add-on sidebar, save one small test configuration, and run a test submission before sharing the form widely.
  5. Keep the support page nearby if you need to confirm the first rule, email template, preflight, or send result.
