These terms apply to the FormSuite website, public setup and support flows, and the published Google Workspace Marketplace add-ons in the FormSuite portfolio.
FormSuite add-ons are focused workflow helpers. Users are responsible for testing with copied forms, sample rows, and safe recipients before using a workflow with live respondents or production data.
By using the FormSuite website, installing a FormSuite add-on, or submitting a support or setup-help request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or add-ons.
FormSuite provides focused Google Workspace add-ons for Google Forms and Google Sheets workflows. The portfolio includes add-ons for response limits, confirmation emails, spreadsheet-backed choices, formulas, email merge, document generation, and approval workflows.
FormSuite is not a replacement for Google Workspace, a payment processor, a booking engine, a CRM, a strict inventory system, or a full enterprise approval platform.
The public installation path is Google Workspace Marketplace. This website is an information, support, and checkout hub for the FormSuite portfolio.
FormSuite add-ons are free to install from Google Workspace Marketplace. Optional Pro plans unlock higher limits and Pro features: single-plugin Pro plans (US$29-49/year) and a FormSuite Bundle (US$99/year) covering the portfolio. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; an active subscription keeps its rate until its next renewal.
Pro plans are billed annually in advance through our payment provider (Creem). Subscriptions renew automatically each year at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel from the customer-portal link in your Creem receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
After a successful payment, a license key is issued to the email address used at checkout. The key activates Pro features inside the add-on. Do not share your key publicly; keys may be disabled if abused or resold.
Email support@formsuite.dev within 14 days of purchase or renewal for a full refund. Support handles the refund and confirms how to remove the Pro key from your account. Refund processing does not automatically revoke an offline activation key.
You are responsible for testing the add-on before using it with production workflows. Start with one copied form, one sample sheet row, one test recipient, one generated document, or one internal approval before sending real respondents or recipients through a workflow.
FormSuite add-ons depend on Google Workspace APIs, Apps Script, account permissions, file access, quotas, and user configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, real-time execution, exact delivery timing, or suitability for regulated, high-risk, payment, live inventory, or mission-critical workflows.
Support and setup help are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Support requests should include the add-on name, Google app, expected result, actual result, and one safe test note. Do not send passwords or sensitive private data.
The FormSuite website, add-on code, product names, documentation, and related materials are owned by their respective creators. Google Workspace, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Workspace Marketplace are trademarks of Google LLC.
FormSuite is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormSuite and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost revenue, missed responses, email delivery issues, document errors, or workflow interruptions.
We may update these terms as the website, add-ons, Marketplace listings, setup flows, or support process changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
