Focused workflow data, not advertising data.
FormSuite uses add-on data to run the Google Forms or Google Sheets workflow selected by the user. We do not sell user data or use form, sheet, email, or document content for advertising.
FormSuite is an install-first Google Workspace add-on suite. This policy explains website analytics, setup-help messages, support requests, and the way each add-on uses Google Workspace permissions to perform the workflow you choose.
FormSuite uses add-on data to run the Google Forms or Google Sheets workflow selected by the user. We do not sell user data or use form, sheet, email, or document content for advertising.
This policy covers the FormSuite website at formsuite.dev, shared support flows, setup-help requests, and the public FormSuite add-on portfolio: FormGuard, FormNotifier, FormCopy Pro, FormMerge Pro, DocForge, FormRanger, and FormFlow. Product-specific privacy pages may add details for a particular add-on.
FormSuite add-ons run inside Google Workspace. Depending on the add-on you install, the add-on may access the current Google Form, selected Google Sheets files, Gmail sending features, Google Docs templates, Drive files you select, or Apps Script services needed for setup and automation.
Access is used to perform the workflow you configure, such as limiting a form, syncing choices from a spreadsheet, copying formulas into new response rows, sending a test email, generating a document, or routing one approval step.
Some add-ons store lightweight settings needed to run later, such as selected spreadsheet IDs, question mappings, template IDs, email template settings, trigger preferences, or workflow status fields. These settings are generally stored using Google Apps Script services inside Google's infrastructure.
FormSuite does not operate a separate customer database for raw Google Forms responses, spreadsheet rows, email bodies, or generated documents unless a specific support or setup flow explicitly asks you to send information.
If you submit a setup-help request or email support, we use the information you provide to understand the issue and reply. This can include your email address, add-on name, workflow description, blocker description, screenshot, or safe test note.
Do not send passwords, private form responses, student records, health information, financial information, customer lists, or other sensitive data in support messages. Use copied forms, sample rows, and safe test data whenever possible.
The website uses privacy-focused analytics and internal event tracking to understand page views, Marketplace CTA clicks, support clicks, permissions clicks, first-run checklist clicks, and review-after-success clicks. These events are used to improve setup guidance and conversion paths.
Analytics events are intentionally limited and should not include formula text, workflow text, contact email, or user-entered support content in public dashboard tools.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose user data to third parties for advertising. FormSuite uses Google Workspace APIs and Google infrastructure because the add-ons operate within Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, and Apps Script.
Add-on settings may remain while the add-on is installed or while the related form, sheet, or Apps Script configuration exists. You can remove settings in the add-on where supported, delete copied test files, and uninstall the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace.
We may update this policy as the product portfolio, setup flows, or analytics stack changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
