Can I use this for newsletters or cold outreach?

No — and that's deliberate. FormMerge is built for operational email: confirmations, status updates, parent notices, payment reminders. For newsletters or cold email, use a dedicated marketing tool.

What if I accidentally run the same batch twice?

Nothing bad happens. Rows already marked as sent are blocked by the 30-day guard, so the second run sends zero duplicates — you'll see exactly what was blocked and why.

How do I know an email actually went out?

Each row shows its own status: sent, sending, or needs-review. If a send's outcome is uncertain, it's flagged for you to verify in the inbox rather than guessed at.

Does FormMerge read or store my email content anywhere?

No. Everything runs inside your Google Workspace — FormMerge reads the sheet you choose and sends through your Gmail. Message content is never uploaded anywhere.
